Christiana Moss, AIA, a founding principal of Studio Ma, will speak at the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) 2019 Annual Conference in Seattle, Washington discussing new physical planning engagement and assessment tools that reveal and remedy the disparities that underrepresented students encounter in their lives on campus. She is joined by James H. Kolker, University Architect, Associate Vice Chancellor, Washington University in St Louis and Lori White, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Washington University in St Louis. Together, they will present findings from their work at Washington University in St. Louis on how to develop new practices and tools to deliver better campus experiences for students from underrepresented backgrounds, yielding social equity in campus planning and building design.
